The lighting industry offers different lighting technologies. LED lamps have proven to be an energy-efficient and long-lasting option in many areas, but incandescent and halogen lamps are also still on the market. To exploit the full potential of these lamps, individual control is sometimes required. Our Intermediate cord dimmer and universal button dimmer offer a practical solution here, especially when it comes to retrofitting existing luminaires and adapting the light to personal preferences. Their areas of application range from low-voltage to high-voltage halogen lamps, from incandescent lamps to energy-saving lamps and dimmable LED lights. Ideal for various applications such as living rooms, bedrooms or work areas.
LED cord intermediate dimmer - versatility for dimmable LED lamps
Our LED cord intermediate dimmer are specially designed for dimmable LED illuminant and allow flexible adjustment of brightness from 7 to 110 W/VA. The range extends from Sliders for manual and foot operation up to Key switches. The dimmers can be fitted to cables in a few simple steps and are therefore a cost-effective way of activating dimmable LED lamps.
Simple operation
Operating the dimmer is extremely user-friendly. Briefly pressing the middle button or operating the slider switches the connected lamp on or off. A longer press on the button on the lamp side or convenient operation via the controller increases the brightness, while the plug side is responsible for dimming. Some of the dimmers have a built-in memory function. This ensures that the dimming position is saved when the lamp is switched off and serves as the starting position when it is switched on again.
Precise adjustment with minimum and maximum dimming range
The intermediate cord dimmers allow precise adjustment of the minimum and maximum dimming position. Whether as an intermediate or end dimmer, the connection options are diverse. Users can adjust the light exactly to their needs, whether dimmed for cozy evenings or at full brightness for concentrated work.
Fast response time
Another highlight is the high reaction speed. In contrast to conventional dimmers, there is no time delay between pressing the button and the lamp reacting. This is particularly important when dimming LED lamps, which often have a certain delay effect. In addition, the dimmer is effectively protected against overload. This not only ensures a long service life for the dimmer itself, but also the safety of the lamps.
Secure connection and high compatibility
The dimmer has a screw connection for multi-core cables and is particularly suitable for H03VV 2*0.75 mm² cables without a protective earth conductor. The internal strain relief ensures a stable installation and prevents cable breakage.
